If you are a musician who has just created a couple of songs which sound extraordinary, you also need to find the right software for burning these songs on an audio CD, so that the quality of the songs after burning them on the CD remains the same. For this, it's not a very good idea to use a regular burning software, as this kind of applications usual alter the original quality of the source audio files.

Instead, you should use Sony CD Architect. This Windows program was specially designed for allowing you to create audio CDs from audio files, without losing quality. These audio CDs are compatible with the RedBook specification, which is a standard for high quality audio CDs. When launching the software, you will notice that its interface resembles the one of Windows Explorer, allowing you to easily find your desired digital audio files, which should be placed on the CD. When finding the right audio files, you can just drag them over the upper part of the interface. At this point, a waveform will be created from the audio files.

Using the graphical program interface, you can easily separate one track from another and you can also trim the start and end position for each song. What's more, you can also add a wide range of effects to your songs, which can improve the sound and can also make the song more personal. After adding the desired songs to the interface, you can start the burning process by accessing the corresponding option from the top menu. In case something is wrong with the compilation, the program will automatically notify you about this before actually performing the recording. Besides burning audio CDs, Sony CD Architect can also erase re-writable discs and can even extract songs from any audio CD.

Pros

It allows you to burn almost any kind of audio file to an audio CD without quality loss. Besides that, a series of effects can be added to songs. Furthermore, you can customize the start and end position for every song. Moreover, the program can rip any audio CD.

Cons

In order to use the program, you need to register for a 30 day trial using your email address. Using Sony CD Architect you can easily burn any audio CD without quality loss.
